Terms of Service

Welcome to Brats, Burgers and More - Catering (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Service Overview

Brats, Burgers and More Catering offers custom catering services for events and private bookings. We operate as a delivery-only service and do not maintain a physical restaurant location. All services are offered throughout Arizona.

Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Full payment is required at the time of checkout via Wix Pay, our secure payment processor.

Catering fees are selected by the customer at checkout and include the following service types:

  • Drop-off only: $75

  • Drop-off and set-up: $150

  • Full service: $250

All prices are listed in USD.

Deposits & Cancellations

We require a 50% deposit for all catering orders.

  • Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.

  • 50% of your total will be retained as a deposit if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your event.

To cancel an order, email us at tjohnson@bratsburgersandmorecatering.com with the subject line "Cancellation", and include your full name, event date, and order details.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. Minors may only place orders with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Delivery Only

Brats, Burgers and More is a delivery-only catering service. We do not offer dine-in services or restaurant pick-up. All orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

We promote our services through social media platforms, including:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • Twitter

  • LinkedIn

  • YouTube

  • TikTok

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy stated above. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, traffic, or force majeure).

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
